Guest guest
whoo hoo! WTG ! As for me, I am now up to walking a mile, which is fabulous, when you consider that 2 months ago, I could only walk down 2 houses and back. I am walking 4 days a week. Guest guest
You are doing so great. What an accomplishment that you have gone from two yards to a mile in such a short time. It is amazing how we can build stamina. My only problem is my back, otherwise I could keep on going. Anyway, just wanted to say Congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! corky Wanna Walk A Mile In My Shoes? Hi Everyone! Just thought I would report in for a moment.First, I must say that all the Survivors are doingfantastic! I'm really proud of everyone! As for me, I am now up to walking a mile, which is fabulous, when you consider that 2 monthsago, I could only walk down 2 houses and back. Iam walking 4 days a week. Also, I started back inthe gym, and that is going well. I do not have asmuch stamina as I thought I did, so it is a bitslower than I would like, but it will get easiereach time. I have to remember to eat somethingbefore I go, because I was feeling a little dizzyand lightheaded yesterday. As for my weight, I am now 333, which is 53pounds gone. I have lost a total of 6 1/2 inchesin my chest, 7 inches in my waist and 4 inches inmy hips. I am moving a lot easier and becomingmore active each day. Guest guest
, You are truly amazing. What an incredible story you have to tell...and what tremendous progress you have made and continue to make. You are really a terrific inspiration to me. Yes, do eat something before you work out at the gym. It will actually help your body burn fat better and you will feel better in the long run. hang in there girlfriend...
