Guest guest
My first weigh in since I recommited - 1.8 pounds. I have a question? Does anyone feel the need to have extras on weigh in day? It's like when you first start, you treat yourself to everythingthe night before you start, because you are starting the program in the morning. So you are great for a week and lose. So why not that day, because you will start fresh in the morning for the week. I seriously need help with this. I know it is not right. Thanks in advance. Kim Re: bev's WI > BEV!!!! Wonderful!!!! So happy for you!!! And to be under 170... I know > how much that probably means for you... I haven't weighed that in about 10 > yrs! > > O > 272/240.2/172 > Thanks ! It does mean alot to me. For the first time in 22 years, I weigh LESS than my husband! He & I are both amazed! He's exactly the same weight now, as when we met in high school, 25 years ago (boy that makes me sick, LOL) but he's being very supportive of me and it really helps. It wasn't always like that.... Guest guest
Does anyone feel the need to have extras on weigh in day? Kim, I don't eat much on WI day. Actually, I'm not much of a daytime eater, but I a few points for that night (which is tonight for me) to eat a low-point dessert and maybe add some ice cream to make it a la mode (ff ice cream for Jonnie Boy). It's been a not so great week, so I'm not optimistic about tonight, although I don't care since failure motivates me further to succeed. I try to shift my " extras " to exercise, like volleyball, or a workout that I haven't done in awhile. I generally come out feeling a lot better about myself knowing that I showed up for WI (good or bad) and I went out and did something for myself. Try finding another treat, or if you want food, make a fruit smoothie or a killer fruit salad! In Him, Jon Prayer is not overcoming God's reluctance, but laying hold of His willingness. — Luther Please note: message attached
Guest guest
Hey Kim! A lot of us here at work are on WW, and many feel like Tuesdays (our weigh in day) are a " cheat " day. and eat what ever they like after WI. I don't like to , cause I know I'll get too off track. but thats just me.. Bev > > BEV!!!! Wonderful!!!! So happy for you!!! Guest guest
---Kim, when I replied to your message I was reading it to mean that you were asking the question " if there was anyone who just after their WI, used that day as a day to just go off program and eat whatever they like, and then start over the next morning OP. I think this is what you were asking, am I correct. If so I guess that Mitch and I both were replying to it as such...I went back and re-read it, to be sure I understood it correctly...Kallie .......................................................................
