Jen,

Are you still in afib? I also avoid salt, sugar, and foods with any

additives. I have considered baking my own bread, but time will not permit that

at

the moment. I have found a couple of breads that do not contain dairy, which I

also avoid, but have been unable to find bread which contains no chemicals.

It's great that you are able to be off of medication. I hope your success

continues.

- a good health food store should carry bread with no additives.. or

perhaps you could find a small bakery willing to bake for you (or a friend)?

The only problem with bread with no additives is that it molds very quickly!

Have you thought about a bread machine? I don't have one, but I understand that

they make baking bread a non-event! You wake up in the morning and it's already

done and waiting for you! That might solve your problem in that area.

Stef,

Thanks for the idea, Stef. I'll look into it. I guess I would either have

to bake bread every day or freeze what I bake because mold would bother me as

much or more than additives! I hadn't thought about that. Thanks for your

input.
