Guest guest Posted February 29, 2004 Report Share Posted February 29, 2004 - a good health food store should carry bread with no additives.. or perhaps you could find a small bakery willing to bake for you (or a friend)? The only problem with bread with no additives is that it molds very quickly! Have you thought about a bread machine? I don't have one, but I understand that they make baking bread a non-event! You wake up in the morning and it's already done and waiting for you! That might solve your problem in that area. I guess I would either have to bake bread every day or freeze what I bake because mold would bother me as much or more than additives! I hadn't thought about that.
