Guest guest
I just had to post tonight on my happy GF day. If I continue to do my happy dance around the house, I'm afraid my husband and kids might have me committed and I know you guys can usually relate. Anyway, today I finally got to my doctor to review all my results (I left the offending daughter with Daddy -haha!). All of my blood work and tests came back perfect. My doctor is very pleased (as am I!!). Also we seem to have conquered my "inflamation issues" and I am flying high. Then I get home to make dinner (spaghetti) and my husband says "don't bother making two noodles, we can all eat yours." WOW!! Monumental moment for us as he is supportive of what I have to eat as long as he doesn't After dinner I got him to admit that he couldn't tell the difference. OK, I'll try to go to bed now before anything can ruin my high! Hopefully for those struggling with a new diagnosis or the gluten challenges, you can get some inspiration from my day today. (PS - I've been GF for just under a year)
