Guest guest
As far as I can tell, everyone takes their probiotic differently: with food, between meals, 1/2 hour before meals. But what is the thinking about powder versus pills? I've read that pills are best (unless you have a thrush infection in the mouth) because the coating gets the probiotic past the stomach acids to the gut, where they belong. But Dr. Mercola talks about using Flora Source powder with a dash of salt or ascorbic acid -- heaven knows why. I'm battling a systemic Candida infection so I'm trying to do what's best, but what is that? Any thoughts? Deb
