Ok. I have finally decided to get serious about SBD and really get

myself healthly. I dabbled in it for awhile and tried to go the

route of having a buddy but that has failed 3 times - so I am going

to use all of you as my buddies if you don't mind!!

So, here is my Phase 1 Day 1 (yesterday's menu):

Breakfast:

2 hard boiled eggs

V8

Snack:

Cheese stick

Lunch:

Large Salad (salad mix with mixed greens & red cabbage plus I added

cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and reduced fat feta cheese)

French Vinegrette (olive oil mix with less than 3g sugar, 7g fat)

1 cup yogurt sweetened with powdered jello

water with crystal light

Snack:

10 cashews

Dinner: (didn't feel like cooking)

generous scoop of chunky chicken salad (celery mixed in) on a bed of

lettuce leaves

tomato slices dizzled with ranch dressing (1g sugar)

1 cup of milk

Dessert:

1 no sugar added fudgicle
