Guest guest
Hi all, I'm new to the group. I'm finding alot of great info and support here! I've joined WW before and lost about 25 lbs, about 5 lbs away from my goal. I hit a major plateau for about six mos and got discouraged. It didn't make sense to me that I was paying them every wk and not losing anything...so I quit. Of course I got a little cocky and figured I could lose the weight on my own without the program since it wasn't working anymore. Well.....as you can guess I gained a lot of it back. I started back on the program on my own and so far have lost 2 lbs. I learned my lesson and am going to stick to the program...I know that it's a lifestyle change and not a temporary fix. I'm doing WW at home and journaling in my palm (It's so convenient, I take it everywhere with me). I was wondering if anyone had a copy of the newest version WWCalc 4.0.4 they can forward me. It's suppose to take flexpoints into consideration (not subtract your APs from your flexpoints). The new flexprogram sounds promising (I was miserable when I was at the 18-23 range) Thanks for your help. Lydia
Guest guest
Hey all... To get the latest version of WWCalc (4.04) please go to: http://pub121.ezboard.com/fdottisweightlosszonefrm116 Click on the top link and post a request for the new version. Make sure you leave your email address so that it can be mailed to you. (I didn't even KNOW there was a newer version.) I am SO glad there is a new version because I have having an " issue " with 4.02 (my current version) with what 4.03 now fixed. You can download the food databases out on our Yahoo Group page. Click on Files. Scroll down to the folder called " healthy unit calculator. " In this folder is a zipped file of the food databases. What’s New in V4.0.4 WWCalc version 4.0.4 corrects the following bugs: · Fixed bank calculation bug that incorrectly handled activity points. · Restricted change in 4.0.3 to the past two weeks. What’s New in V4.0.3 WWCalc version 4.0.3 makes the following change: · Removed the restriction that the bank auto adjust would only occur on a week start day that was the current date. Guest guest
Hi, dwlz.com will get you in the right direction. Look for the Palm Users strand. Also Bob's site has documentation for adjusting and using the 4.04 and earlier versions to Flex. Good luck - Eliz > I was also wondering if someone had the new program for the palm with > Flex Points! > > Thanks, > Winifred > > I was wondering if anyone had a copy of > the newest version WWCalc 4.0.4 they can forward me.
