Hi Val and Nick,

In terms of Vitamin C, B-complex vitamins, B-12 and Iron, do they ALL need to be

taken SEPARATELY from each other?

Also can any of them be taken at the SAME TIME?

I know there is an issue with IRON binding to T3 but what about in conjunction

with vitamin C or others?

Can any of these be taken WITH Cynomel (or Cytomel)? Or should I wait 1 or 2

hours BEFORE/AFTER?

What would be the ideal schedule to take these supplements when dosing 4 or 5

times a day with T3 only (in this case Mexican Cynomel)?

Thanks!

http://thyroid-rt3.com/interact.htm

Iron and large quantities of calcium need to be separated from each

other and thyroid.

Vitamin C and/or magnesium can help Iron absorbtion and hence can be

beneficial to take with it.

Everything else can be taken at the same time as thyroid and each

other

Thyroid can be taken sublingually and can then be taken with thyroid,

just don't swallow it!
