What is the consistency of this Mexican fudge? Is it like a crustless quiche

or denser? I'm tempted but a 9x13 pan of quiche is a bit much for me. Has

anyone tried cutting the recipe in half? I remember someone saying it does

freeze. Do you eat it cold or warm it up?

Wanda,

I've halved it with great results. It's somewhat denser than crustless quiche. It keeps well in the fridge, reheats will in the microwave, and I've heard it freezes great too.

The first time I made it for my DH, I halved the recipe and it turned out

just fine. He loved it so much that now he has me make the full recipe even

though he's the only one who will eat it :-) And he nukes it after taking a

slice from the fridge.

Sounds good. I may give it a try. Do you think you could put extra stuff in

it, like black olives and maybe a little onion?
