Guest guest Posted April 25, 2000 Report Share Posted April 25, 2000 For the last few months I've been doing the yoga positions called the shoulderstand, it's an inverted position where you balance on your shoulders with you neck press into your chest. I do this for 5 minutes daily. It's suppose to stimulate your thyroid which is why I started doing it. Since I'm back to doing yoga I also do the head stand for about 3 minutes every third day.
