Guest guest Posted July 25, 2003 Report Share Posted July 25, 2003 Hi We have been talking about how it is easy to over-do and then have to pay the price. I have been one saying that I had finally learned this - not true. I worked with my son yesterday to put some stuff in the dumpster that I did not want any more and pulled several big branches out to the compost pile. I was using my scooter and taking rests, but was still up most of the night with severe cramps all over. I am prone to cramps, but this was the worse I have ever had.
