I use Cal brand nutritional yeast, which is grown on molasses and

contains no gluten, wheat, egg, etc. I highly recommend it. You can

sometimes try (GF type in vitamin section) brewers yeast in recipes,

but the texture is completely different. I pretty much only liked it

in gravies. Also, in the uncheese book, I substituted quinoa flakes

for oat with reasonably decent results. There are lots of options in

there!
