Guest guest
When I first saw Dr. Gross about bilateral hip resurfacing, he told me that my left leg was longer than the right and there was probably no way to adjust that with this procedure. (I have a fused lumbar vertebra, tilted pelvis, and had developed severe OA in both hips due to congenital dysplasia) 8 weeks after Resuf #2, I'm walking 3 miles a day, hips feeling great, but noticing increasing pain in the left knee (longer leg) - so my PT gives me a shoe lift for the right foot, and everything's ok for a while, but now 6 weeks later the pain has traveled up from the knee to the hip area - the quad/groin area in the longer leg is reeeeally sore every morning when I wake up - does anyone else out there have the leg length problem? I'm concerned about this hip pain. Thanks. SG
