Guest guest
Thanks to all of you for your thoughts and suggestions about this stupid broken foot. I think I might check into a walker and see how that works. I might try one out for home and work. I think a wheelchair may be needed if I have to go anywhere like the store or what but my husband is doing all that. You know, I don't know if my house is wheelchair accessible. I've never had to use one at home. Thanks again everyone. Take care.
Guest guest
I hope you can get around the house in a wheelchair. If a door is just an inch too small, you can get off-set hinges that allow that extra inch. I am putting them in my house to bathrooms. Vivian, keep battling this unrelenting foe. You'll either keep it at bay, or it will get you! And also remember, you're not alone either! Dave " ...In this world you will have trouble. Hearing your stories has given me the courage to pick up and go on and start working on controlling my diabetes. I reach a point last fall where I just had had enough trying to figure things out and so I didn't even worry about the diabetes at all until recently again. Again, thanks to all in your part of helping me get back on track.
