Why not just drink regular milk? You can have up to 2

glasses. I think the Carb Countdown is for people

counting carbs, like on Atkins, where milk is not

allowed.

Has anyone seen the Hood Carb Countdown dairy beverage?? It's marketed as 40% fewer calories, 75% less sugar and 75% fewer carbs than whole milk. Here are the stats:

Calories: 90

Calories from fat:45

Total fat: 5g

Saturated fat: 3g

0g Trans fats

Cholesterol: 20mg

Sodium: 160mg

Total Carbs: 3g

Dietary fiber: 0g

Sugars: 3g

Protein: 8g

It tastes pretty good -- but is it okay for phase 2?
