Ziploc" Vanilla Ice Cream1 tablespoon artificial sweetener1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract1/2 cup Heavy Cream6 tablespoons Table Salt3 cups Ice1 Sandwich Sized Ziploc Bag1 Gallon Sized Ziploc Bag(No Ice Cream Maker Needed. It really works, trust me!!)In the sandwich sized ziploc, combine the sugar substitute, vanillaextract and heavy cream. Seal the bag and shake lightly to mix ingredients.In the gallon sized ziploc bag, add 3 cups of ice (or fill half the bagwith ice)and add 6 tablespoons of table salt.Place the seal sandwich sized bag into the gallon bag and seal thegallon bag. Shake the entire contents for at least 4 minutes (shake longerfor harder ice cream).Once desired hardness has been achieved, remove smaller baggies andrinse throughly with cold water (if you miss this step, you may wind up withsalty ice cream!)Recipe makes about a 1/2 cup of ice cream.I have doubled the recipe and it still works well. I am also sure thatyou can add additional ingredients (cocoa powder, etc) to create differentflavors of ice cream. Jalepeno Cocktail Pie (aka Mexican Fudge)

Spray a 9" x 13" pan with Pam.Dice 6 or 7 Jalepeno Peppers, more or less depending on personal taste. Don't discard the seeds! they make it yummy! (and hot) - but be careful not to touch your eyes when working with Jalepenos and their seeds.Spread the diced Jalepenos on the bottom of the pan.Cover this with 2 lb. of your choice of cheese (good ones are Cheddar, Monterrey Jack, Colby, etc.)Beat 13 eggs, and pour them on top of the cheese.Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

(I browned some ground beef, seasoned it, and made it the first layer, then added the other ingredients and baked as usual. It was good this way as well, and made a more casserole-ish type of meal.) NO for those of us on the no cheat month I would highly recommend staying

away from this ice cream. well may be it is okay. What do you think

? I am trying to avoid as well. It is good to get away from

treats for awhile but then again it does sound tempting. But where do you

get the cream with no carbs. Ours all has carbs added.
