Plastic surgery before pregnancies?

On June 5th, I will be visiting my doctor for my one year follow-

up. I have lost most of my weight and the doctor will have

questions about plastic surgery. I am wanting to have a breast

lift/reduction due to my large size and discomfort even after losing

15 inches in my bust.

Here are my questions--

Has anyone had plastic surgery (tt or breast reduction) before

becoming pregnant?

If so, how did the pregnancy effect the results of your plastic

surgery?

Lastly, am I the only one who has ever considered surgery before

having a baby? I feel very selfish for wanting this for me. I am

down to a 36 DDD/DDDD depending on the style of the bra. I just

feel so uncomfortable with my body.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated...
