Question about Chicken during Induction?

First, I'd like to thank each and every one of you for the very

helpful information and for answering all my newbie questions! Where

would I be without you all?!

Now, on to my question. When eating chicken, is it all right to eat

the skin? The only thing I put on my chicken is salt and pepper. Is

this okay during induction?
