I find that they, or lots of other friends, can get my mind off my infirmities long enough to catch hold of myself (and reading postings from this group of fine people). My Grandchildren have their special way though, If you have none, try some other kin or friends; they all seem to look past our probs and see us for what we really are. At any rate, contact someone and get your mind off it for awhile. I just watched Dale Earnhardt Jr. win the Daytona 500. That captured me for 2-3 hours.
