I walked 2 miles and I ate no peanuts and I bees good.

And no ketosis even with the cup!!

Now how did you do and

Hi Norma!

I've been there with the no ketosis and it can be very discouraging. All I

can say, if you stick with it eventually something good will start

happening. Hang in there, one day at a time! Have you taken

measurements???

This is my 4th day back on the diet and I hate to say it because I don't

want you to feel bad, but I've dropped four pounds already. Two more came

off this morning. I have found the more recently gained weight may come off

pretty fast, and then comes the plateau that seems to last forever. I am in

the basic stage too, very low carb and drinking lots of water. After no

exercise yesterday, I did better today. Bike ride, just over one hour and

10.5 miles. Just got home from a one hour dog walk, no idea of the

distance, but walked steadily the whole time at a moderate pace. I'll have

a cabbage salad for dinner with a boiled egg cut up in it and my mixture of

salad dressing which is blue cheese, Mayo, and a bit of horseradish to wake

it up!
