I recently switched to Avapro and have no side effects, but the aftertaste is horrible! I thought it was just me! Guest guest Posted November 1, 2004 Report Share Posted November 1, 2004 with food would work, however I have to take it right before bed, since it makes me very tired.... so taking Avapro, then going to sleep.... yikes... wakes me up once in a while... and you cannot take a tums within 1 hour of taking that pill either!!
