Guest guest
Yup, I'll be there at 7 to walk, Jackie. If you can't make it for some reason, just call me on my cell and I'll go to the gym instead. Heading out the door now to go shopping. Have a baby shower and b-day party to attend on Sunday, but I think I'm just going to send gifts along with someone else. I haven't had a day to 'do nothing' in quite awhile, so I think I'm due! see ya later.... hugs, janet

Guest guest
Hello Janet, I just read your post regarding chinwhiskers. I have them too! Since I was 16 yrs. old. I shaved them but then it was like stubble. So I tweeze them out every other day. They are grey now and I have about a dozen at one time. I always hated that I had them. Now it's just part of my makeup. Isn't that strange? You think that has something to do with our hormones too much progesterone maybe prone to BC??????????????? Guest guest
Oh my goodness... My finger tips are peeling too. I am so glad to know that this could be from the chemo. My hands and head (balding) are very dry too. I use Andree's soap and skin care products to help with the dryness. Trisha -- Re: Trisha I printed out your email to remind myself of veggies and fruit to eat. Thanks a lot. I am having a lot of problems with my skin peeling on my hands and especially on my fingertips. So I am working with two out of ten fingers and thumbs that are so sore that I cannot touch them. My excuse for bad typing. Janet IDC
Guest guest
Good luck with the carrot juice. I know it sounds like I'm one of those "nuts," but like I said, my oncologist just couldn't explain it. I hope your three oncologists come up with the "perfect" regime for you, one which YOU are comfortable with as well. Although you look great without hair, I think it would be tough to do that twice. I was more upset about losing my hair than my breasts...there was NOTHING wrong with my hair. Have a great Sunday my girl!

Guest guest
Janet, this list is my "on line family". I have been abused by both my parents, and I grown up "self made". I am a survivor, not only because of the breast cancer, but on many levels. So, you have no idea how much I care for this list. If we will talk only about BC, I think I will leave. Please, if you feel share with us where you are with the breast cancer, and also where you are with life, so we can walk together. We are sisters. You are in your personal way a wonderful person, as each one of us is. Our Heavenly Father made you special, precious, and valuable in His Eyes. Stretch your arm up, can you feel His Hand picking you up....? now you'll see your oldest son every other Friday. He met you half way, so keep walking my friend. As someone wrote, from "finding Nemo", > keep swimming< . We grown at every step, don't we ? and when we feel as we are going to die because the spiritual pain is unbearable, in reality we die to ourselves, and we make more and more space for Jesus in us. Read Galatians 2 :20. You too are a blessing to me, In Christ with love Lu Janet Andersen wrote: Thank you for that beautiful lesson for me. I have printed it out and will look at it often. The graciousness of your words to me made me realize the that you really know what you're talking about. And, yes, I cried at the beauty of your email. Now I want to apologize to the rest of the List people for something that was way off topic. Personal things like this don't belong on our List Mail. But I am very grateful for your words, Lu. I needed a new slant on life with my children.........and will try harder to be your kind of person. I am a believer and it does make a difference to me. My older son called tonight and we will see each other Friday.......so now I can take my little Easter choc bunnies down on Saturday. I have been truly blessed by you, Lu. Peace in Christ Janet Yahoo! Messenger with Voice. PC-to-Phone calls for ridiculously low rates.
