Guest guest Posted September 10, 2005 Report Share Posted September 10, 2005 I ate yogurt on an irregular basis before SBD. The yogurts I ate were all the fruit flavored supermarket variety. I have tried the plain supermarket yogurt but it has no taste. I added flax seed to it but the resulting taste was still bland.
