I don't have personal experience with nut milk yogurt and possible impact on candida levels, so you will probably just have to give it a try. I had to limit my nut flour muffins for the year I was on very drastic candida elimination SCD, however, in order to continue clearing up my candida levels. So you may find you will need to eat nut milk yogurt in moderation. Keep the amount small, especially at first, perhaps only have it every other day. That's what I did with my nut flour muffins; made the least sweet variety I could, and had only one every other day.

I would hope that the fermentation process of the nut milk to make yogurt would reduce its starch/sugar levels, but don't know for sure. Wish I had taken a class or two in food chemistry [grin].

I'd go ahead and give nut milk yogurt a try, but just start off slowly and with small amounts.

And if you're prone to nausea (those RUQ issues), be warned that the nut milk yogurt contains just as much fat as cow's or goat's milk yogurt. I tried nut milk yogurt once, and had to deal with severe nausea (and a Sphincter of Oddi flare) for hours.... But then my upper GI doesn't tolerate nut butters either, so if you're OK with nut butters you should handle nut milk yogurt, in this respect at least.
