The scarey part is I'll be suing my husband's employer just as equally as BCBS of MI because they only administer the plan for the employer. That is a road I hope I do NOT have to take. Thinking of winning ( or losing) approval for my surgery at the expense of my husband's employment is not a great feeling and jobs are hard to come by here. I know they aren't suppose to be able to fire him over this type of issue but we all know things like that do happen.
