Guest guest
Hi, Geo, If by " neuro " you mean neuromuscular massage...neuromuscular massage is a specific form of deep tissue massage that focuses on " trigger points, " which are localized areas of tension and dysfunction in the muscle tissue. Janet Travell identified all the trigger points in her book, Myofascial Pain and Dysfunction. It tends to be a rather intense massage that focuses on individual points rather than on the muscle as a whole, which is generally called deep tissue massage.
