Hi, Geo,

If by " neuro " you mean neuromuscular massage...neuromuscular

massage is a specific form of deep tissue massage that focuses

on " trigger points, " which are localized areas of tension and

dysfunction in the muscle tissue. Janet Travell identified all the

trigger points in her book, Myofascial Pain and Dysfunction. It

tends to be a rather intense massage that focuses on individual

points rather than on the muscle as a whole, which is generally

called deep tissue massage.

Is this the name of the book Myofascial Pain & Dysfunction and does she explain

how this is done ? GEO
