I've still got my fingers crossed > OK, ... is in 's size 1 shoes and we're going on 45 minutes now and we're still in the shoes! Praise God! He still seems more or less content even! > > Kim

Guest guest
Which doctor in Tampa are you seeing or trying to see? I used to live there and saw one extremely obnoxious ortho there whom I advise you to avoid. I flew from Tampa to Iowa to have my son seen by Dr. Ponseti. It was soooooo worth it to me! Best of luck! Guest guest
I would love to know who you were seeing, just to avoid that pitfall. I have been seeing Dr. Hahn, he practices in St. Pete and Tampa. My insurance has now changed so I will be seeing a Dr. Cappello on Wednesday, I have to say her secretary was very knowledgable and friendly on the phone today. I'm still working on trying to go to Iowa, even if only for 2nd opinion on how things really are. Please let me know. Thanks a bunch!! Guest guest
Hi - We saw a Ponseti doctor that our insurance covered. However, that doctor started to modify things which I wasn't happy with, so we sought out a Ponseti doctor on Ponseti's approved list. My insurance said they would not cover that approved doctor because he was out of network. I wrote an appeal letter and won. So even if the insurance company says no, don't give up. > " >Reply-To: nosurgery4clubfoot >To: nosurgery4clubfoot >Subject: Thanks >Date: Tue, 14 Jan 2003 18:19:05 -0000 > >Thank you very much both and , > >My wife and I are leaning toward going to Atlanta (3 hours), as the >others are equally distant and this doctor (Busch) is listed on the >Ponseti website.
