Guest guest Posted March 20, 2006 Report Share Posted March 20, 2006 Now that I've discovered Tinkyada pasta and their method of cooking it, we're able to enjoy pasta once again. I've been searching for some new recipes online and came across one with 4 forks on Epicurious for Penne with Gorgonzola and Tomatoes. Anyone know if Gorgonzola is GF? I couldn't remember if it's the European blues that aren't GF or the American or what. I'll poke around the files, but I thought someone might know already. Thanks.
