As far as I know, the first thing is to start eating more food and especially sugar. They can put you on pancreatic enzymes so you'll absorb more of the fats you eat. If that doesn't level things off, there is the final option of lengthening of your common tract. This surgery isn't as complicated as the original surgery, and usually works well to correct the problem. I know of two people who have had common tract revisions, and it did help them. What has your doc recommended so far? You might want to drop a note to our list owner, -- she's one of the two I know who've had the common tract lengthened.
