Guest guest
So, more nut milk yogurt advice from the *expert*. (I've made it 3 times now.) Don't make hazelnut yogurt, unless you have an almond allergy. Almond tastes *much* better. The hazelnut one really does kind of taste like plaster. My dad was right. <vbg> I shook this one up and down - it made some difference, but not a huge one. **************** In other news, I got my cocoa butter - ordered it online since I couldn't find it in the city - 2 lbs of organic free trade, so that's good. Haven't cooked anything with it yet, but I'm dropping dollops of it into my coffee - with homemade vanilla and honey - and it's like having a cafe mocha. Yum. Several a day. No bad effect, so far. On day 3 now. (I know, I know, I should skip a day - but I just couldn't.) In case anyone is interested: http://shop.chocolatealchemy.com/collections/raw-ingredients A decent price - you may be able to find it cheaper elsewhere, but this was the best balance of price and quality I found.
