Guest guest
Oh, Debbie, your mind is causing your problems right now. Every person that goes on a low carb diet has to overcome that brainwashing that fat is the enemy and calories are bad. The only count you need to worry about is the carb count. Make sure you have an accurate carb checker, don't rely only on labels, and eat your fat. The fat WILL kill the hunger, trust us on this one. Guest guest
Hi Ron, I can bend over all right, if I hold on to something! It may take a minute or so before I reach what I want, but I can bend. Maybe it is the baclofen pump, why don't you ask your neuro? Hope this helps. Take care.
