Oh, Debbie, your mind is causing your problems right now. Every person that

goes on a low carb diet has to overcome that brainwashing that fat is the

enemy and calories are bad. The only count you need to worry about is the

carb count. Make sure you have an accurate carb checker, don't rely only on

labels, and eat your fat. The fat WILL kill the hunger, trust us on this

one.

over. ie; while standing at the kitchen sink or other times when not useing

support. I have a weak back and I bend over all the time without support.

I think my problem is from the Baclofin that I'm getting from the pump I

have, but wanted to see if anyone else without the pump has this problem.

Hi Ron,

I can bend over all right, if I hold on to something! It may take a minute or

so before I reach what I want, but I can bend. Maybe it is the baclofen pump,

why don't you ask your neuro? Hope this helps. Take care.

God Bless

Yolanda

Thanks

Hi To Everyone,

Thank You all for the kind words and the welcome to PLS Friends!

I would like to ask a question; Do any of you have a problem with bending

over. ie; while standing at the kitchen sink or other times when not useing

support. I have a weak back and I bend over all the time without support. I

think my problem is from the Baclofin that I'm getting from the pump I have, but

wanted to see if anyone else without the pump has this problem.

I have already learned a lot and have enjoyed your e-mails. I sure can relate

to alot of what has been said.

Thank You

Ron
