Guest guest Posted December 16, 2003 Report Share Posted December 16, 2003 Hi ! I had the same problem the other day " bouncing soft " and had no idea what was going on. What I did was this: click on Yahoo (located on the very top right of your screen), on next screen click on New Mail (located under personal assistant), this takes you to a screen where you have incoming mail. I had a bunch of old Digests there that I had to delete. I guess they were taking up too much room. After I deleted them, everything was OK. I hope this helps you out if you're still having trouble.
