Guest guest
it's amazing how people offer advice when you are trying to drop lbs, but when you're gaining weight were is all the advice and help then ???? i heard all the negativity when i 1st started the atkins program , i stuck with it and many of those same people that said it was so bad eventually started the program themselves ! ...now 105lbs lighter i am glad i stuck with the plan .... it's better to get your support from people that are doing the same things (this group) ... because anyone not familiar with lowcarbing just won't understand the program without researching it .... good luck this time with the program, actually you won't even need luck .... happy eating :-) .. Guest guest
----- Original Message ----- > Huggy's back!!!! Where have you been hiding? If I told you I'd have to find a new place to hide... Seriously, I'm working two jobs, totaling 70 hours+ per week. I just got another car (a 1972 Dodge Dart in remarkably fine condition) that I spend a good amount of time tinkering with (this weekend I'm going to put lower ball joints on it). I have a fledging business that I'm trying to get going, my 40 hour job seems to get more unstable every day, my wife is needing more and more help. I get 4-5 hours of sleep per day and, except on the weekends, I only see the light of day during my half hour drive from Mt. Clemens to Detroit. I have 20,000 messages in my inbox and no time to clean them out. Next week, I have jury duty (on a 1 week / 1 trial basis). So, suffice it to say I've been busy... Guest guest
I am new to this group. My grandmother died this past October from ALS which she had been living with for 3 years. She was a fighter til the end. I was there when she died and my grandpa told her it was ok to go and she blinked NO even though she could barely breath she still wanted to live and stay with us, She had to have her feeding tube taken out and 4 days later she was still around when the Dr told us it was only gonna be 24 to 48 hours. To see her go from healthy to immobile in such a short amount of time shocked me. I would like to offer my support and kind word and a open heart and ears to any one who needs it. Guest guest
Hi, I'm truly sorry about your loss. I know it's hard as I lost my mom in Nov 2003 to a heart attack and pneumonia. I have PLS but am waiting on a miracle. My mom also did not want to go, but it was her time. She was 87 and loved God very much. So I know where she is, no longer in pain or distress. I'm sure your grandma is also totally restored and better off than we are. Take care. God Bless Yolanda Hello I am new to this group. Guest guest
Hello Jackie, Welcome to our group. As my doctor said you are on the march. You are lucky you got your biopsy results so early. I had to wait five weeks so I was very upset with my dr. I had a lumpectomy and depending of the size of your lump under 2cm you probably will just have radiation. But there are a lot of choices. I suggest you use the internet and ask your Dr. Good Luck-SharonJackie wrote: I am Jackie from Ohio, thank you for having me in the group.
