a little more info..for clarity

I should have specified why I brought up a couple of things....like the stoma

shrinking. It's making it darn near impossible to fit right lately..adding

the misery with the damaged skin and pain from that. And the ileo's rampage

is causing me to be up like last night 6 or seven times...and it's exhausting

me. Not to whine...just thought it would make more sense why I mentioned

them.

I just picked up some Emer'Gen C and hoping it helps. Saw a number of folks

recommended it.
