Sesame Slaw

1/2 cup sesame seeds

1/2 c slivered almonds

2 Tbsp butter

1 head napa cabbage, shredded

4 chopped spring onions

Saute the seeds and almonds in butter. Cool. Add to cabbage and onions. Refrigerate.

Dressing

1/3 c red wine vinegar

1/2 c olive oil

8 packs equal/Splenda

2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

Add the dressing when ready to serve. It gets a little soggy after the first day but still tastes wonderful!

Serves 8 - 10

Each serving --- 9 carbs, 4 grams fiber
