Guest guest
Hi Jeff, It seems like you are off to a great start with Budesonide. I hope you have great results with it. The lack of kidney pain is certainly good news. Guest guest
Hi , This sounds like great news! I'm happy for you. : ) I think however in this case " weird empty feeling " sounds like a good feeling to me....! ; ) Sophia > > I've been on budesonide for a week, no adverse side effects yet, > nothing, I'm very pleased to say. > > haematuria seems to have lessened but that's anecdotal without dip > sticks. > > One thing I did not expect though, I've dislocated my knee twice, > I've got plantar fasciitis in my foot, and I was expecting to > undergo surgery on my wrist as it dislocates. Guest guest
saw my GP, very interested, and an interesting point on ethics came up. I had to ask to be put on the drug, they could not give it to me straight off, as it's not licenced for use in treatment of IGAN, his letter to my GP said the nephro suggested that I should be on pred and mmf, but that " he would be watching me very closely " ;-) read into that if you want I'm being sent for dietary adice and intolerance testing and i'm pretty certain that it's milk that gives me kidney pain, I had a cream toffee off of my son on saturday, back came the pain. I'm going to ease up on the strict diet now, a month on rabbit food is enough but has been useful for me if only to show that I can feel normal again if I try. jeff > Hi Jeff, > > It seems like you are off to a great start with Budesonide.
