BTW, how is your sister doing?

I walked 3 miles and did my weight training today.

Let's see........

2 T flax

2 large strawberries

2 coffees w/ cream

Bratwurst for lunch and dinner with peppers.

Salad with blue cheese dressing

75 oz water

supplements

2 mile walk

pulled weeds and trimmed bushes 1 hour

I'm tired and have an early Dr. Appt for mom in the morning. Great Job

Challengers!! You make me proud.

Yesterday went well,

Calories 1418

Carbs 15

3.5 liters water

25 minutes healthrider

no cigs

weighed.....132. lost one pound over the past week.

Not easy to find lc food that is low in calories. Trying to watch my mayo

and oil. I'm sure before I was eating like 2500 to 3000 or more calories.

No wonder I wasn't losing but then again, with all that food, I wasn't

gaining...
