Guest guest Posted January 8, 2009 Report Share Posted January 8, 2009 I don't make my yogurt with half and half because my mom is always concerned about fat intake (she's not on the diet, but does eat the yogurt). So could I make a batch of French Cream with half and half, and then freeze it so it's handy when a recipe calls for it? Or does freezing it change it in an undesirable way? Also, has anyone found heavy cream without illegals? I've looked at many brands at many stores, but they all say they have less than 1% of carrageenan.
