You should also consider arguing that the ADA - Americans with Disabilities Act has provisions which prohibit discriminating against those with disabilities ... and also ... EEOC -- the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission talks about treating people differently ...who ought to be treated the same ... (like giving one kind of coverage to people .. but not another ... therefore discriminating against obese people .. these are the kinds of things I think Walter can talk to ... good luck ..
