Guest guest
The reason I'm interested in the Sunbeam is the sticker price of $40. I've never had one before and I'm not sure if I'll like it or not. We don't really have the money to buy a $200 breadmaker that might or might not use. ~Kristiseamaiden399 wrote: I am not familiar with that machine, but the ideal machine would have fully programmable sessions, so that you can ditch the "beating down the dough" and multiple rise phases. The Zojirushi (if that is the correct spelling) allows you to fully program your personal bread cycle, and I think there is a Cuisinart which does this as well. For reference, the Zojirushi retails on Amazon for $199, while the Cuisinart is $99. I chose the Zojirushi because the Cuisinart model was more recently released and had less reviews. For a gluten free baker, I highly recommend one of these machines.Any bread machine will work, especially with a fool proof mix (like Gluten free pantry sandwich bread), but you will have better texture and height if you get a programmable machine. >> Just wondering what you all think about the basic 2lb Sunbeam?> > ~Kristi> > > ---------------------------------> Yahoo!
