DeeAnn,

I had an hsg yesterday and my result sounds the same as yours - delayed

spilling in the left tube (side withe ep). Have you been ttc? Any luck??? I'm

so scared of ovulating on the left side.

Carmen,

This is our first cycle since the HSG. No one ever told me not to

ttc, so we're going for it! I was very scared and asked so many

why questions at first, but I just keep telling myself that it will

be okay. The drs said that the delayed spill could indicate a narrow

tube, a partial blockage, or a blockage that the HSG unblocked. If

we're not pg this month, or don't find out, we have an appointment

Thursday with the RE. I'll let you know what happens!

If your right side is okay, you're in business. Remember, we have two

so for a reason!

Take care, and good luck with the love fest! They say you're more

likely to get pg right after the HSG (w/in 3 mos).

DeeAnn, Hey there, just wanted to jump in here and say good luck on your first

ttc...I know it is scary but you will be ok!!! If dr didn't tell you not to ttc

than you should be just fine and at least you have a RE apt set up just in case

you need one!! As for the " rumors " of getting pg after hsg.....I too have heard

that from soooo many people, so there must be " something " to it......I was lucky

enough to so you never know. I will keep you in my prayers and hope that other

tube is ok now... Good luck!!

DeeAnn,

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so happy for you. You know you give me hope since I just had an HSG too.

Sorry it took me so long to respond.

I know everything will be fine this time so be sure to keep us posted on your

levels.

Hopefully that painful HSG will be worth it for me, too.

Love,

Carmen
