Hi Kathleen

Congrats on how well you are doing. I had my surgery with the wonderful

Dr. Herron on Dec. 1 and I feel great. 90 pounds in 4 months is just

incredible. I am eating my soft foods and drinking and feeling very well. I

have not had any bouts of nausea or diarrhea . I am eating my protein and

seem to be able to get the 50 to 60 grams in each day. My incisions hurt.

I was wondering how long before your incisions stopped hurting and if you

feel that tightness insede your belly from the stitches. What are you

basically eating during the days now at four months. I at 2 weeks find

eating 5 to 6 small meals a day is good for me. When did you try eating

solid foods and are their any foods that just don't sit right with you? One

other question. I am regular and going to the bathroom every morni ng. Were

you like thatr or are you regular now? Well You are an inspiration to all

and I hope to hear from you. Thanks, Ellen

> Can you tell me where to get the book and tape that you write of?\

Are you referring to Prepare For Surgery Heal Faster? If so, go to

healfaster.com I have had mine for three days and love it.
