Guest guest Posted October 7, 2005 Report Share Posted October 7, 2005 I found a really yummy recipe for chicken sandwich (for those of you on phase 1, you'd skip the bread of course) 2 cups leftover chicken 1/4 small or med onion 2 large stalks of celery 1/4 med red bell pepper 1 small carrot, finely shredded 1 clove minced garlic 3/4 cups mayonaise Chop up everything and mix together.
