Thanks for that link. Just when we think we are safe with

something....

I've been buying my honey from a local source. We have quite a few

beekeepers in our area so that helps with that. Now if I could just

find an organic beekeeper :). I know that there is almost no legal way

anyone can claim organic honey because of the nature of the way bees

gather their pollen, but many beekeepers spray their hives to prevent

some sort of disease that has slipped from my mind.
