Lynne, I will try to get back to you on this, but I am leaving in the morning for a much needed holiday. (And to see some friends who are the sort that when you call them at 1 am and say, " We evacuated for a hurricane. The hotel where we had our reservation won't take the Dachshund Duo, " answer you with, " Come ahead... the cats will survive somehow! " ) I will be thinking about you, because I can spot a couple of things in what you are eating that could be a problem. I'm plus-sized too, and I've been there with the spinach salad routine. I've lost 180 pounds on SCD, and my colonoscopy, last Friday, showed nothing but a perfectly healthy gut. <hugs> — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund
