Dear Mohammed,

I am sorry to say the Solgar probiotic is not legal.

It contains various strains of bacteria including Bifidum species

which horribly over-grow in diseased guts. Elaine did not want us to

go near Bifidum.

It also contains pectin and maltodextrin which are illegal as well!

The one I use here in Italy is called LongLife Milk-Free Acidophilus made by CHR Hanson in Denmark. I get it at the pharmacy, it's probably available in the Nedtherdands since you're even closer to Denmark. The Bifidus in the one you mention isn't SCD legal.
