Guest guest Posted June 7, 2001 Report Share Posted June 7, 2001 I just gotta share...my mail order from Lane just arrived via UPS....i was soooo anxious, ripped open the bag and proceeded to pull out each item and try them on (all 7 items; bathing suit, 3 shirts, 2 dresses and a pair of capris), everything is too big except for the dress!!!! : ) It'll be a pain in the neck now to have to ship it all back....but i'm sooooo excited to have some good news on a day that isn't soooo good (5th anniversary of Dad's passing away) YIIPPPEEEE!!!! And after Mr UPS left the doorbell rang again, there stood a woman with a beautiful bouquet in her arms... " Sherry? " , why yes thats me....DH sent me some beautiful flowers letting me know he's thinking of me on this difficult day with a card that says " i miss Dad too " ...sweet or what!! I've given up stepping on the scale, i was using that too much, in that it was making or breaking me...eating well and not seeing as much of a loss as i'd like, i was having the tendency to 'throw in the towel' for a meal/day/dayS...so ffor now i'm just gonna ignore that dang scale and go by how i'm feeling and how my clothes are fitting...or should i say NOT fitting! : ) Just had to share...thanks friends!
