Guest guest
Hi all, Just got through a ton of backed-up e-mail. Debbie and Hunger: You have to give it a chance. It definitely takes most people longer than 3 days to stop feeling hungry. A lot of people make the mistake of not eating enough food the first few days, 'cause they're used to the old LF/LCAL WOE. Eat A LOT of protein foods early on to stem that hunger. Keep around bolied eggs, Macadamia's, some cheese. Do you like chicken at all? I make up extra to snack on a cold leg. Also, I make up batches of shrimp, egg and chicken salads, refrigerate and whenever I'm hungry, grab a bowl of whatever I'm in the mood for. Put it in half an Avocado. Amy: The breakouts should subside after your system gets cleared out. My dermatologist said extra 'good fats' should eventually help the skin improve. Drink lot's of water! By the way, your e-mail is Beanmom? My daughter's name is na and we callher Beanie. Is your's a nick-name too? - Jeanne _________________________________________________________________ iVillage.com: Solutions for Your Life Check out the most exciting women's community on the Web http://www.ivillage.com
