I'm not sure if it helps or not, but I just keep taking 3 capsules @ 400 each per day. I'm supposed to take them 4 times every 6 hours. I can't get the 4th one " in " as I'd have to wake up 6am to do it. I haven't an appointment with my neuro soon, but will ask her about Tizadine when I go. Sorry I can't help.
